Soft-Skills How can we help high school, college students, drop outs and young workers achieve better lives and understand the work environment? Teach them the soft-skills of life and see work and learning as activities that you continuously get better at. The training will be integrated with a “mindfulness approach” (You have control over your actions) plus elements of fun and relevance to real world activities.
Objective: Offer a set of after-school courses that demonstrates the fundamentals of the various soft-skills and a follow up method for success.
We hope to answer the following student’s questions:
1. “How do I fit in with my peers and teachers?” 2. “How can I achieve what I want in life?” 3. “What life tools are available to help me?” "How do I handle problems and questions or some perplexity, confusion or doubt?" |
